St. Patty's is around the corner and so it spring.  We are entering the tail-end of winter, and not that it was even much of a winter there in Denver.

January

January is a heavy month.  It's the post holiday month.  It's like the feeling you get when a great party you throw ends and it's time to clean up.  It's a cold month, with the fluctuating temperatures here it's been a soggy month.  It's a good month to stay busy.  It's a good month to decide what you want to accomplish this year, and reflect how you spent your time the previous year. 

Little Foodie

If there is something my baby bean loves to do, its eating out.  She goes crazy for pancakes, downs plates of Vietnamese, and begs me to take her out for chicken shawarma at our local Lebanese joint. I'm always happy to oblige and especially enjoy time when it's just the two of us.

New Year

The holidays are done, the Christmas crap has been stowed away, a brand new year is upon us, and I enjoyed a Sunday visit with my mom's somber chiweenie.
