Hello Again...

It's been awhile.  I'm a mom now, her name is Maya, and she inspired me to start blogging again.

Winter

The holidays came and went, and my beloved laptop that has been with me during many adventures, started to die.  A bitter cold New Years brought some excellent sales at Best Buy, as well as a new Toshiba.  So I'm back to blogging and posting pictures.

My blog got pushed on the back burner. This occurred when I was suddenly gifted with the job as a fourth grade teacher at a awesome school in Aurora.  It's been an insane few weeks, as every teacher goes through the dreaded "adjustment period".  Finally though I feel like I got my life back, and just in time for Autumn.

Rainy Summer

Denver is not exactly a place known for much rain...we are known for our hot, dry summers.  However, a snowy winter melted into a unusually cool and rainy summer this year.  I'm not complaining one bit.
